HowtopauseliveTV:

PressPause()‐Thiswillpausetheprogramyouarewatching.Toresumetheprogram

fromthepointwhereitwaspausedhitPlay().



Forexample:youarewatchingTVandthedoorbellrings…ifyoupresspause,whenyouget

backtotheTV,pressplayandyouwillstartrightwhereyouleftoff.Youcanrewindtothe

pointinthebroadcastwhereyoupressedpauseandifyouareawayforseveralminutesyou

willalsobeabletoFFthruanycommercialsthatwouldhavebuffered.Ifyouwanttogoto

thelivebroadcastat

anypointpressSTOP.



PressPause()>waitafewminutes>thenPlay() tobeginTimeShiftedTV.



ThiswillstartthebufferingoftheprogramandallowthecustomertorewindliveTVandskip

anycommercialsthathavebeenbuffered.



IMPORTANT!

ChangingchannelsduringtimeshiftedTVwillendthebufferingoftheprogram

thathadbeenpausedandwillerasetheliveprogrammingthathadpreviously

beenbuffered.Soifyouchangechannels,afterpausingliveTVyouwillno

longerbeabletorewindtheliveprogram.SimplyhitPAUSEandthenPLAY

againtore‐startthebufferingthatwillallowyoutopauseandrewindliveTV.


