BeeSmart LITE Documentation

Proceed with the installation as described in "SW Packages Installation" section

Checking the BeeSmart LITE installation

Please use the instructions in this section to check if all SW packages were successfully installed and are up and running.

BeeSmart LITE server

The easiest way to test the system AFTER the installation is to open web browser and start the admin portal

http://<IP>:85/omniplay/admin

You can also check the

http://<IP>:85

Web page "It works" should be opened.

If this fails please check the processes as follows:

Apache Server

Check the Apache processes. The output should look similar to this:

[root@BS-lite ~]# ps -ef | grep httpd

root 2644 1 0 Aug31 ? 00:00:00 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start

daemon 2646 2644 0 Aug31 ? 00:00:00 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start

daemon 2647 2644 0 Aug31 ? 00:00:00 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start

daemon 2652 2644 0 Aug31 ? 00:00:00 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start

daemon 2653 2644 0 Aug31 ? 00:00:00 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start

daemon 2654 2644 0 Aug31 ? 00:00:00 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start

[root@BS-lite ~]#

You can try to manually start or restart the httpd process.

If the server fails to run, please check file for errors!/usr/local/apache/logs/error-<IP>_log
