ACL Commands
An ACL (Access Control Logic) profile allows the system to classify and perform actions on
the upstream traffic. Use the ACL Profile commands to set up ACL profiles and the ACL
Assignment commands to apply them to PVCs.
56.1 ACL Profile Commands
Use these commands to set up ACL profiles.
The following table describes common required values in ACL commands. Other values are
discussed with the corresponding commands.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
name The name of the ACL profile.
rule The rule that classifies traffic flows.
action One or more actions to perform on the classified packets. You can select one or
more of the following actions.
rate <rate> = Sets the transmission rate (1~65535 in kbps) for the matched
traffic.
rvlan <rvlan> = Replaces the VLAN ID with this VLAN ID (1~4094).
rpri <rpri> = Replaces the priority with this priority (0 ~7) of the matched
packets.
deny = Drops the packets.
