7.3 Changes in the FBD

The AS 60 module must be inserted in all FBDs of all ASs in the Routel islands if, in the

AS, at least one address is being edited by the HDB server.

If this module is not inserted, the inputs fKBLOC, fKBI and fKBII are set to 0 when the

AS is initialised by the FBD, which may cause undesirable connections.

fKBLOC = Bit for re-start as per Ini

fKBI = Bit for power failure

fKBII = Bit for garbage collection

In order to prevent the calls in Routel mode, it is essential

that the three bits are set to ‘Killed’.
